Aalberts Industries N.V. has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of DEC SA, a surface treatment provider established in Cormenon, France. DEC (Dépôts Electrolytiques et Chimiques) delivers a wide range of surface treatment technologies to the French market, such as anodizing, chemical nickel plating, passivation of stainless steel, etc. These services are provided to different markets, including aerospace, automotive and precision engineering.
