The group produces stamping parts of high precision (flat springs, parts of electric connection, attaching parts, magnetic parts, parts of transmission, parts of revolution…).     Our strategy is declined on 6 “product” specialties : Flat springs Accurate stamping parts Parts assembled and finished in the tool Deep drawing parts Electrical connectors Hyperfrequency components     For each of these specialties, we implement adapted technologies to bring efficient answer for each size of market : small series (< 1.000 parts) medium series (< 30.000 parts/year) large series (until several millions of parts/day)     Metalis group has a very large range of machines : 44 high speed machines from 25 to 160 tons 10 standard automatic presses from 60 to 320 tons 73 multi-slides machines 9 CNC machines for wire works with feeder 7 drawing presses until 600 tons 10 drawing presses by transfer 21 injection molding machines from 25 to 120 tons 60 « one stroke » presses from 1 to 160 tons, and more than 2 000 of standard tools     Discover all our Business Units using the bar of menu above on the right.
